Thor Sørby
Thor has over 18 years of experience with implementation of financial consolidation, IFRS16 and reporting solutions for large corporations. He has spent most of his career working with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE), but the last 4-5 years the focus has been OneStream.

He has a proven track record and have through many projects shown that he has strong delivery capabilities and capacity to solve complex tasks. He is analytical and structured and thrives working with projects that require both technical and business-oriented solutions.

He has good consulting skills and can keep his composure in stressful situations.

Magdalena Rønneberg
Magdalena, a consultant with 17 years of expertise in financial consolidation and operational efficiency. She possesses deep knowledge of corporate accounting standards and has a proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting complex solutions to streamline financial consolidation processes.
With extensive experience working with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Cloud EPM and OneStream, she is poised to optimize your financial operations efficiently and effectively.

Guillermo Martinez
Guillermo brings over a decade of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), successfully taking on roles from project management to solution design and implementation. He has delivered numerous successful projects in Financial Consolidation, IFRS16, Integration, and Sustainability (ESG).
With a strong background in Oracle Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Cloud EPM, Guillermo has recently broadened his focus to include OneStream. He is known for his positive attitude, strong solution-oriented approach, and ability to navigate complex requirements.

Martin S. Sand
Martin is a consultant with 3 years of experience in the EPM space as well as 10 years’ experience with Controlling and BI.
He has always loved creating and improving tools for enabling insight, analysis and streamlining of processes.

Having spent the last 3 years implementing Oracle Planning, Oracle EPCM and Oracle Narrative Reporting, he has now broadened his focus to include OneStream.
Martin has a passion for bridging the gap between systems and business requirements, using his skillset to meet and exceed complex business requirements.
